I first joined Bromley Chain Committee in about 1994 and served as the Secretary until 1996 and again from 1998 - 2004 I have BSL Stage 1 and 2 and am looking for an NVQ Level 3 Course as I would like to move on to become a trainee interpreter. These courses are few and far between at the moment but I am 'keeping my hands in' when I meet with the Committee and when I am able to visit the Deaf Social Club! Chair for 3 years, I handed over to Tom in June 2004 and am supporting him and the committee with my experience and contacts.
